Billy’s Necklaces is for the reader/user of this book. The story is fiction, but all the experiences are real and told in the format of a diary. I had polio as a child and as I have aged other ailments have inflicted my body. We understand pain, joy, anger, loneliness, jealousy, laughter and many more.
Billy’s Necklaces has space to write your thoughts, feelings and learn some other words for your feelings. There is encouragement to ‘never give up.’ And a story to make you wonder around the about the world around you.

Viewing abstract art can be a therapeutic experience. The non-specificity of abstract art allows individuals to project their emotions onto the artwork, facilitating a form of emotional catharsis. This can be particularly soothing and help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.
